I came to know about the TME community through Instagram when I was six months pregnant. From there on I am an active part of the TME community. TME's “Pregnancy, Birth, and Beyond” program has sessions related to exercises, postpartum diet plans, Newborn care, birthing and Breastfeeding basics and the knowledge I gained from these sessions helped me to conquer my initial fears as a first-time mom. Now I am relieved and grateful that I have a support system to reach out to whenever I am in any kind of uncertainty at any time of day or night.
I am new mother to a 15 days old baby, I conceived via IVF (after 1 unsuccessful IUI & IVF each) , but by God's grace my pregnancy journey was quite smooth... As 1st time mothers we naturally tend to worry about everything, that's when my friend suggested me TME, it was really good to be connected here, I could ask anything and everything here without any judgement & was replied really quick. I'm really really thankful that this group exists! The first few months and even beyond are so stressful, and even for someone as informed as a doctor, it feels extremely overwhelming and confusing, especially with so many people around you with varied opinions! And then you have this group with all the experts backed with all the research, answering your every silly question even at 1am!
